PS Account Manager
HPEMEA PS Account Manager managing sales relationship with Amazon for Computing Products across EMEA. Driving growth initiatives and collaborating with multi-country stakeholders in a complex matrixed organization.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be responsible for driving the sales relationship with Amazon on Computing Product Categories at EMEA level.
- This will require effective interlock with multi-country stakeholders across Sales and Categories where you will need to secure engagement, sponsorship and budget to drive the change and deliver on dedicated growth initiatives
- HP has ambitious growth objectives with Amazon in EMEA, this is structured through a Joint Business plan: this role will involve the execution and delivery of elements within this plan
- Be able to influence and partner with complex matrixed organization to secure progress and a unified approach where possible on Planning,Portfolio and Pricing
- Establish strong relationships through strategic business planning to achieve strong trusted advisor relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate innovative, end to end thinking and implementation to stay ahead of the competition

- Eagerness to learn and be a change agent
- Work and communicate efficiently with other internal organizations: market and country sales, categories (country, market and global), WW marketplaces organization, media & search, sales operations, credit & collection, order processing, supply chain, finance, legal, marketing & trade marketing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Business Management, Digital Commerce and relevant fields
- Minimum 8 years successful experience in account management of online retailers (or vendor management within an online retailer)
- Very strong analytical and commercial acumen is essential
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in an additional European language (such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or others) would be considered a strong advantage.
