About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and support large-scale supply chain transformation programs, ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and geographies.
- Drive end-to-end program and project management for complex initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration across business, IT, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of solutions.
- Support Supply Chain Planning processes (demand & supply planning) to improve forecast accuracy, product availability, and inventory efficiency.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, with exposure to SAP platforms such as ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW.
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies for new systems, ensuring smooth rollouts at scale.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics, consulting, or program/project management roles.
- Experience in leading or supporting large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred.
- Academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business Analytics preferred.
