About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze digital and web data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decisions.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Databricks and data sourced from Adobe and GA4 clickstream datasets.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical requirements and deliver accurate, timely insights.
- Work with clickstream and digital interaction data to support performance measurement and optimization efforts.
- Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and data quality, following established best practices.
- Leverage and develop AI initiatives to achieve operational efficiency unlocks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hands-on experience analyzing digital or web data in an analytics role (Adobe, GA4).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data, preferably using Databricks or similar data platforms.
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau, Adobe Workspace (or similar BI tools).
- Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with guidance from senior team members.
- Flexibility to attend meetings on occasion during U.S. business hours or adjust working hours to enable overlap with U.S.-based teams.
- Exposure to experimentation, optimization, or A/B testing data (preferred).
- Experience working in multi-tool analytics environments within large or complex organizations (preferred).
