About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be part of HP’s Personal Systems (PS) Strategy team and STAR (Strategic Tech Accelerator focused on AI)
- Help drive strategic priorities and execution across one of the company’s most important businesses
- Accelerate the identification, incubation, and scaling of differentiated technologies and experiences
- Operate across PS Strategy (Consumer, Commercial, and Gaming Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Strategic Programs, and Strategy & Planning)
- Partner closely with STAR to connect long-term strategy with technology acceleration
- Coordinate multiple programs across PS Strategy and STAR, bringing strong project management discipline to complex, cross-functional work
- Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
- Support and coordinate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and team engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity
- Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders without direct authority
- High degree of ownership, initiative, and operational discipline
