About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be part of HP’s Personal Systems (PS) Strategy team and STAR (Strategic Tech Accelerator focused on AI)
  • Help drive strategic priorities and execution across one of the company’s most important businesses
  • Accelerate the identification, incubation, and scaling of differentiated technologies and experiences
  • Operate across PS Strategy (Consumer, Commercial, and Gaming Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Strategic Programs, and Strategy & Planning)
  • Partner closely with STAR to connect long-term strategy with technology acceleration
  • Coordinate multiple programs across PS Strategy and STAR, bringing strong project management discipline to complex, cross-functional work
  • Manage progress across multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Support and coordinate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, offsites, and team engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, strategy, business operations, consulting, or closely related roles
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, with experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complexity
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams and stakeholders without direct authority
  • High degree of ownership, initiative, and operational discipline
