About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead employment litigation matters through all phases
- Own complex employment matters
- Lead complex commercial litigation and government investigations
- Develop and drive litigation strategy
- Retain and manage outside counsel
- Manage litigation budgets
- Advise business leaders on litigation risk
- Partner cross-functionally with Employment, HR, Compliance, and business teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Strong grounding in U.S. employment law
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation matters independently
- Experience in commercial litigation and exposure to government investigations
- Experience managing outside counsel and litigation budgets
- Comfort advising business partners and senior stakeholders
