About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project/Program Managers; set clear performance expectations and drive a culture of accountability and delivery excellence.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of Field & Channel programs across Greater Asia, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and benefits realization.
- Act as MoC lead for FC initiatives, managing stakeholder impacts, communications, training, readiness, and adoption across countries.
- Translate global FC strategies into structured regional and country rollout plans, balancing standardization with necessary localization.
- Influence senior stakeholders at L4 level across Field, Channel, Sales, Partner, and Support functions; manage escalations and competing priorities.
- Establish program governance, operating cadence, and KPI tracking aligned to productivity, quality, cost, compliance, and customer experience outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in program/project management or operations transformation, with 3+ years of people management.
- Proven experience delivering multi‑country programs in a matrix organization.
- Strong change management and stakeholder influence capabilities.
- Excellent executive communication and structured problem‑solving skills.
