About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify organizational gaps and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
- Design and produce high-quality content for keynotes and customer meetings
- Observe organizational behavior and shifts in direction to provide the team with proactive insights and trusted counsel
- Synchronize the "rhythm of the business" with HP’s broader strategy
- Lead high-visibility special projects with rapid turnarounds
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to
- Will have completed at least your bachelor’s degree no earlier than May 2025 or will have graduated prior to your anticipated start date with HP
- Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future
- 1+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations in a global tech environment
- Exceptional storytelling skills; ability to create "board-ready" decks and write in a clear executive voice
- A "Strategic Observer" who listens well, builds trust quickly, and can navigate complex human dynamics
- A track record of "raising the bar" for others
- A "no task too small" attitude combined with the ability to think 10 steps ahead
- Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
