  • Identify organizational gaps and drive cross-functional initiatives to completion
  • Design and produce high-quality content for keynotes and customer meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have no more than 12 months of prior work experience professionally related to the Graduate Hire Requisition they are applying to
  • Will have completed at least your bachelor’s degree no earlier than May 2025 or will have graduated prior to your anticipated start date with HP
  • Able to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship in the future
  • 1+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Business Operations in a global tech environment
  • Exceptional storytelling skills; ability to create "board-ready" decks and write in a clear executive voice
  • A "Strategic Observer" who listens well, builds trust quickly, and can navigate complex human dynamics
  • A track record of "raising the bar" for others
  • A "no task too small" attitude combined with the ability to think 10 steps ahead
  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed global organization
