About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for closing new HP Additive Manufacturing, Multi Jet Fusion business along with creating and executing strategic account plans to expand the organization's presence within enterprise accounts
  • Build strong client relationships, collaborate with stakeholders to execute complex deals, and surpass revenue targets by leveraging Additive Manufacturing/3D Print industry knowledge for new opportunities
  • Analyze performance data, resolve customer issues, and deliver insights for solution improvement
  • Formulate and implement strategic account business plans aimed at expanding the organization's footprint within the accounts, fostering favorable results through adept management and regular reviews
  • Engage with partners to improve win rates and delivery; meets and/or exceeds revenue and margin quotas
  • Take ownership of complex customer issues, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Analyze account performance data, track key performance indicators, and provide data-driven insights to clients for continual improvement
  • Lead contract renewal negotiations, manage pricing discussions and secure contract extensions while ensuring favorable terms for both parties
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, assisting in their development and growth within the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
