About the role

  • Leads the design of complex Unified Collaboration (UC) ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration between hardware, software platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex), and network infrastructure to address unique hybrid work challenges.
  • Fosters deep and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert in collaboration equity and influencing long-term workplace transformation strategies.
  • Delivers compelling presentations to executive-level customers, articulating the value of integrated solutions that span UC, Personal Systems (PC), and Managed Print Services.
  • Develops and executes strategic account plans that balance high-growth UC initiatives with the steady optimization of the customer’s PC lifecycle and print environment.
  • Tackles complex technical challenges, including interoperability issues in multi-vendor environments and hardware-software bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Typically has 7-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in technical selling within the Unified Collaboration or Modern Workplace sectors.
  • Acts as a mentor to junior team members, sharing deep domain expertise in SIP protocols, codec technologies, and endpoint management.
