About the role

Lead NA AMS Contract & Onboarding operations for MPS and MDS programs ensuring smooth and timely onboarding.
Serve as a SME for Contract Management, supporting business teams with operational guidance and issue resolution.
Manage SOX control escalations related to IMACD and RITM processes and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
Provide War Room leadership and operational support during CBA post-migration stabilization.
Oversee post-migration error handling, coordinating with IT and operations teams for quick resolution.
Manage Wipro pre-invoicing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Drive process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives within Wipro Carepack SRG operations.

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
8+ years of work experience, preferably in operations, contract management, service delivery, or a related field.
Knowledge of SOX compliance, operational governance, and vendor management preferred.
Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvement initiatives.
