About the role
- Own the overall alliance strategy and performance for the Qualcomm partnership within HP Store.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, including growth targets, investment strategies, and success metrics.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for revenue growth, sales-out performance, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and develop innovative approaches to expand category and partner contribution.
- Lead partner-managed growth strategies, including co-funded promotions, campaigns, and demand-generation programs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the alliance, developing GTM strategies aligned with HP Store and partner priorities.
- Partner with marketing teams to define campaign strategy, messaging, and execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market insights.
- Recommend adjustments to GTM plans based on performance, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
- Lead contract development, program frameworks, and ongoing optimization.
- Design, manage, and optimize rebate structures, funding models, and process flows in partnership with finance and operations.
- Develop business cases and funding proposals to support incremental investment and growth initiatives.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and transparency across all commercial programs.
- Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with Qualcomm and internal HP stakeholders.
- Lead weekly partner QBRs / QC meetings, internal operating reviews, and executive updates.
- Act as HP’s representative with the partner, advocating for HP Store priorities while fostering long-term strategic alignment.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of alliance initiatives.
- Analyze performance data, KPIs, and market insights to inform strategy and recommendations.
- Provide product, service, and solution recommendations to regional and business leadership.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve execution, and enhance scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience, or 5–7 years in partner/alliance management, ideally within Product Marketing, Business Development, Category Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing strategic technology or ecosystem partnerships strongly preferred.
