About the role
- Leads marketing strategies and campaigns to drive the office print marketing business.
- Deeply understands the motivations and need state of audience segments through use of insights and analysis.
- Contributes to LTP strategic planning, inclusive of macro-category and competitive analysis that incorporates a comprehensive forecasting plan
- Collaborates closely with market marketing leaders to ensure that plans can be tactically enacted in relevant global markets and drive business results
- Champions and continually drives the adoption of breakthrough, innovative marketing across the business.
- Must have a differentiated view into emerging marketing techniques and opportunities.
- Must be a strategic leader that can help form product value propositions that are differentiated and compelling, in concert with business unit product management teams.
- Works upstream with the business on new product introductions, integrating customer latent needs into products that provide significant market differentiation.
- Acts as a critical thought partner to Print Marketing executive leadership, as well as the Print business executive leadership team.
- Inspires our internal and external partners to produce thought leadership that sets the vision for our office print business, drives world class creative, and creates messaging that meets customer needs and inspires positive purchase behaviors
- Deeply understands the macro-landscape of the office printer market, competitive pressures, and creates strategic plans accordingly.
Requirements
- Prior corporate marketing leadership position, ideally within strategic marketing vertical
- Experience within large, matrixed organization with multiple business lines and areas of growth
- Experience building and scaling processes, teams, budgets, tools and programs
- Ability to marry insights and data with storytelling, narrative development and messaging
- Proven experience to lead large, complex projects
- Minimum of 10+ years total marketing experience.
- Bachelors degree required, MBA is preferred.
