About the role
- Gather and interpret user inputs to identify opportunities for solution improvement
- Build and deliver deep-dive analyses for country teams, translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Automate KPI tracking to measure the impact of new initiatives and solution changes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting
- Present insights and support the implementation of action plans
- Monitor the impact of changes and refine strategies to optimize live solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in R or Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
- English proficiency
- Bonus: Experience with DataBricks, ML solutions, pricing, and project management certifications
