About the role
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, including planning, mapping, and coordination with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams.
- Oversee the creation, integration, and maintenance of management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for responsible sourcing.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee bulk and key engagement activities.
- Manage centralized documentation and records, including document control, reporting schedules, and retention protocols.
- Lead internal training, webinars, and knowledge sharing to build organizational awareness and capacity on human rights and environmental topics.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in human rights due diligence.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
- Experience in developing and implementing management systems, SOPs, and records management protocols.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
