About the role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the HP Indigo V12, working closely with regional field sales teams and established partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, including C-level stakeholders, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored value propositions.
  • Take ownership of regional sales performance, consistently achieving or exceeding quota objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, positioning HP as the preferred partner for digital label solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Management, R&D, Marketing) to deliver innovative solutions and support both pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Represent HP at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings—travel up to 50%.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in high-end capital equipment sales within the labels, packaging, or printing industry.
  • Deep understanding of label manufacturing, workflow processes, and financial acumen.
  • Strong project management skills and experience supporting both presales and post-sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of product sales experience in a relevant specialty.
