About the role
- Provide technical consulting for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers across Germany.
- Engage with customers to understand their collaboration strategy and translate it into HP | Poly solution designs.
- Represent the full HP | Poly portfolio: intelligent cameras, video bars, headsets, voice endpoints, and UC integrations with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Act as trusted advisor by connecting business goals with technology opportunities.
- Support the sales process with demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate in account planning, opportunity qualification, and competitive analysis.
- Identify attach opportunities for services such as device configuration, analytics, and remote management.
- Conduct technical enablement sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with UC trends, emerging AI features, and network technologies.
- Work closely with presales peers from Computing, Print and Services to build integrated customer solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution design – ideally in Unified Communications or AV environments
- Strong understanding of IP networks, VoIP, and UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both IT and business stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
