About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and adjust electronic timekeeping records, monitoring inconsistencies and follow-ups
- Receive, verify and record medical certificates, leave approvals and other absence justifications
- Assist in benefits administration, including transportation allowance, meal vouchers, food allowance and company agreements
- Provide support to employees, answering questions related to Personnel/HR routines
- Support hiring, vacation, termination and payroll processes
- Organize, review and file physical and digital department documents
- Maintain employee records up to date in internal systems
- Assist in the issuance of Personnel/HR documents and reports
- Support HR analysts with administrative and operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields
- Prior experience in Personnel/Payroll
- Experience with electronic timekeeping systems and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of core Personnel/Payroll routines
- Experience with timekeeping and/or payroll management systems is a plus
