About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation and identification of recurring revenue streams across HP from a Finance perspective
- Lead planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of recurring revenue across the organization
- Allocate financial and human capital for programs and projects and ensure timely and effective delivery of financial programs
- Develop and maintain financial policies, standards, and guidelines with stakeholders
- Advise executive management on strategic business direction and develop organizational policies
- Perform talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development
- Lead finance and business teams through business model and reporting changes
- Develop and delegate SaaS and recurring revenue knowledge across finance and business organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of prior people management experience
- Deep ARR/SaaS experience in business models, technical accounting, and external reporting
- Ability to work and influence within a matrix organization across business and finance teams
- Prior M&A experience
- MBA preferred
- CPA preferred
