Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the organization's operating cadence, including meeting and review architecture, agendas, inputs, and follow-through
Maintain governance artifacts, including decision logs, accountability maps, and escalation paths
Lead cross-functional programs and projects end to end, managing scope, timelines, and dependencies
Track commitments, dependencies, and risks and surface them to leadership
Develop and maintain operating standards, templates, and playbooks
Coordinate inputs across business and regional teams for planning cycles and executive reviews
Monitor program performance against milestones and drive corrective action
Support leadership with status reporting, program analysis, and decision-ready information

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
Typically 8+ years of job-related experience, preferably in program management, business operations, PMO, or a related field
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is preferred but not required
Knowledge of business operations, cross-functional collaboration, dependency management, governance, KPIs, marketing operations, meeting and cadence management, portfolio management, process improvement, program management, project management, risk management, stakeholder management, status reporting, and strategic planning
Advanced program management and governance knowledge
Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines, teams, business units, and regions
