About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead development of executive presentations and briefings for senior and C-suite audiences, including board-level materials
- Develop and maintain consistent narrative and messaging across leadership communications
- Manage stakeholder mapping, engagement plans, and communication cadence
- Prepare briefings, talking points, and materials for key meetings and reviews
- Maintain communication standards, templates, and a reusable asset library
- Partner with business and regional teams to gather inputs and translate complex information into clear executive materials
- Track communication effectiveness and stakeholder feedback to improve future materials
- Manage sensitive and high-stakes information with discretion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or graduate degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
- Typically 8+ years of job-related experience
- Experience preferably in executive communications, corporate communications, strategy, consulting, or a related field
- Knowledge of business storytelling, content development, corporate communications, data visualization, executive communication, executive presentations, go-to-market strategy, marketing communications, messaging, narrative development, presentation design, project management, stakeholder management, thought leadership, writing, and editing
- Customer centricity, prioritization, resilience, and strategic thinking
- Advanced communications knowledge
- Ability to distill complex information into clear executive materials
- Ability to manage high-stakes stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
