About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop annual and 3-year integrated marketing plans
  • Translate customer insights, market data, business priorities, and product roadmaps into actionable marketing plans
  • Identify customer-centric positioning and commercially meaningful marketing initiatives
  • Define and manage the global marketing drumbeat calendar
  • Align product and solution introductions, retail buying windows, seasonal moments, events, partnerships, innovation stories, and customer use cases
  • Curate product and solution stories, demo narratives, and supporting assets for major events such as Amplify and CES
  • Develop audience- and segment-specific strategies by mapping customer journeys and key touchpoints
  • Create global toolkits, playbooks, and activation frameworks
  • Partner with creative, retail, digital, and market teams to define assets, use cases, shopper tools, and content
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams with clear ownership, milestones, and decision-making
  • Establish planning cadences and governance mechanisms
  • Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, competitive shifts, and marketing innovation
  • Present strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ years in marketing, product management, program management, or strategy and planning
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional global initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Ability to connect customer insights, product roadmaps, market dynamics, portfolio priorities, and execution plans
  • Experience developing integrated narratives, marketing playbooks, toolkits, activation frameworks, and launch plans
  • Strong understanding of customer-led storytelling and customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear recommendations and executive presentations
  • Experience partnering with Communications, Events, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy teams
  • Highly collaborative and proactive
  • Ability to drive outcomes without formal authority
