About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This role is responsible for serving as an expert for Walmart/Sam's Club Sales Team, the Partner, and internal constituents.
- The role will be the primary source for data and analytics, customizing data solutions, and ad hoc requests.
- The role achieves quota while improving sales processes and collaborating across functions on how to interpret information and provide guidance to support the growth of the business.
- The role addresses data conflicts, conducts research, and provides support to ensure seamless partner interactions.
- Serves as the expert to the partners for advanced information and data analytics.
- Collaborates with the sales team, category and the partners to tailor data solutions that meet specific customer needs, including customization of products and services to align with client requirements.
- Identifies trends and new insights that align with the organization's strategic objectives of growth and supports the sales efforts.
- Works with a team of sales professionals to achieve assigned quotas while engaging in transactional and relationship selling in adherence to legal requirements.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of partner sales processes and strategies based on feedback and insights.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on partner-related initiatives, and effectiveness.
- Assists in the resolution of minor data conflicts or issues between partners and the organization. This could be based on shipments, qualified program units and sell through data.
- Provides administrative and data support to ensure smooth partner interactions, sales processes, and support for financial partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Enterprise Sales, channel & alliance, data analytic support for Enterprises or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
