About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the team that defines HP's worldwide Personal Systems marketing strategy.
  • Orchestrate the corresponding execution model across Enterprise, SMB, Consumer, and Gaming segments.
  • Define HP's global PS marketing strategy across segments.
  • Ensure the strategy is grounded in customer & competitive insights, aligned with the Business-owned 4P plan.
  • Evolve the strategy in response to business needs, market dynamics, and shifting funding realities.
  • Co-own the development of the FY and H2 PS Strategic Marketing Plan.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, planning, and/or go-to-market roles, with at least 3 years in a people-leadership role in a global/matrix environment.
  • Demonstrated experience defining and leading multi-segment marketing strategies (Commercial/B2B and Consumer; Gaming exposure a plus).
  • Track record managing large global marketing budgets including partner/Alliance funding, and implementing allocation and cost-to-serve frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with closed-loop measurement, brand preference tracking, and data-driven optimization.
  • Comfort with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to interrogate data and drive decisions.
  • Experience working with senior executives (VP/SVP) and representing marketing in cross-functional executive forums.
