About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contributes to the global employee relations framework evolution, including communication and case studies.
- Delivers employee communications, supports performance management, and offers expert Employee Relations (ER) consultation.
- Manages and leads medium to high complexity investigations, partners with stakeholders, and ensures timely closure.
- Develops training programs for employees and managers on topics such as diversity and inclusion, conflict resolution, communication skills, and workplace conduct.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR compliance, Labor Relations, Employment & Labor Law, or a related field.
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR) Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
