About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees all aspects of supply chain and operations for multiple complex product lines within the organization, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the organization's goals.
- Supervises and leads a team of operations professionals providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Develops and executes strategies to optimize the company's supply chain and operations functions.
- Undertakes accountability for supply and demand activities, ensuring that performance meets business needs.
- Manages a team that typically supports a complex global business unit.
- Ensures delivery of products and services that meet performance metrics defined by senior management.
- Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making.
- Creates operational efficiencies and cost savings within the supply chain.
- Leads global business unit's trade compliance for supply chain efficiencies.
- Oversees development and delivery of complex initiatives impacting global supply chain, requiring leadership of cross-functional teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (Standards Organizations) preferred.
- Continuous Improvement Process knowledge.
- Data Analysis skills.
