About the role
- Develop IT strategies that align with high-impact business deliverables across the enterprise
- Serve as technical advisor resolving complex operational obstacles and representing stakeholder interests
- Guide API architecture direction, ownership models, and system interoperability for scalable solutions
- Oversee end-to-end solution lifecycle from alignment and user story development through to delivery
- Translate high-level stakeholder requirements into cross-system solution designs and drive consensus
- Initiate and lead development of new IT processes and enhancements to major IT processes
- Communicate solution progress, risks, and key updates to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Act as technical liaison and escalation point during development, clarifying design intent and ensuring alignment
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Business Analysts and technical contributors
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline OR commensurate work experience or demonstrated knowledge
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, or a related field
- Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum
- Demonstrated understanding and application of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proficient in Jira and TestRail
- Experience with automation tools to manage and deliver scalable IT solutions
- Strong capabilities in business analysis, systems development life cycle (SDLC), and workflow management
- Demonstrated success in systems analysis across complex projects
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering collaboration across diverse business units and geographies
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
