About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Develop and maintain Power BI reports
Build agentic AI solutions in Copilot Studio and Power Automate
Support senior analysts with ongoing analysis, reporting, and ad‑hoc data requests
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements
Document data sources, assumptions, and analysis logic
Assist in improving data quality, reporting processes, and automation where possible

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Experience with 1 or 2 of these technologies: Power BI, Python, Copilot Studio, Power Automate (and willingness to learn all)
Understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, and exploratory data analysis
Proficiency in Excel, including Power Query
Basic understanding of financial processes / financial concepts
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Clear communication of insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences
Willingness to learn and take feedback
Good time management and organizational skills
Team‑oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
