About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead financial evaluation of NPI programs, including business cases, ROI, and long-term profitability.
Ensure all pre-planning projects have reliable financial estimates to enable prioritization and funding decisions.
Partner with Product teams to align investment decisions with strategic roadmap and OGM targets.
Provide financial guidance on portfolio trade-offs and capital allocation.
Support end-to-end financial visibility across the Hybrid NPI portfolio.
Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
Monitor financial performance vs. targets (Revenue, OGM, Cost Structure)
Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
Extensive experience in Finance, preferably in:
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Product finance / NPI / portfolio finance.
Technology or hardware business environment.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle economics and cost structures.
Experience with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and long-term planning.
