About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

participate to Margin Based Pay project: ensure data are accurate and consistent for NA/LA markets, onboard market finance & impacted business teams with trainings and support them in data usage and quota setting process.
support forecast process on revenue and margin by GTM
analyze End User accounts performance and profitability
ensure data used from CSP (End User Accounts tool) and GTM360 are accurate
drive accuracy improvement initiatives in CSP/GTM360
prepare business reviews with markets
assist Markets finance analysts in the preparation of quota targets by GTM
advise and support business decisions on ad hoc initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management and/or IT.
