About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead worldwide marketing strategy across consumers and small businesses
  • Own the partnership with BU partners on the 3–5 year innovation roadmap
  • Define audience-specific and shared brand platforms
  • Lead the annual integrated marketing plan
  • Drive go-to-market strategy for new product introductions and new service introductions
  • Inspire a team of senior marketers across diverse markets, channels, and audiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry analyst houses
  • Monitor macro-trends and translate them into actionable business foresight
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies in partnership with CRM and data teams
  • Define the role of services and solutions in the broader print journey for each audience
  • Manage and present the annual plan to senior stakeholders and regional marketing leaders
  • Define the marketing KPI framework for Consumer & SMB Print

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • At least 5 years in a senior strategy or brand leadership role
  • Significant experience in a consumer goods marketing environment
  • Mastery of brand strategy tools
  • Category management knowledge
  • Proven experience marketing to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Proven track record developing and executing global, integrated go-to-market marketing strategies
  • Experience carrying dual consumer and SMB marketing accountability
  • Experience in a business undergoing a hardware-to-services or product-to-platform transition
  • Experience working in or with global organizations with significant regional diversity
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong influencing and consensus-building skills
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams in a matrixed, international organization.
