About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of short‑, mid‑, and long‑term Gaming business strategies, including market positioning, growth priorities, and investment trade‑offs.
- Own and drive complex strategic analyses across markets, customers, competitors, and internal performance, with clear implications for executive decision‑making.
- Design, build, and interpret advanced financial, statistical, and analytical models to support scenario planning, capital allocation, and portfolio strategy.
- Synthesize large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Independently prepare and present executive‑ready materials for leadership reviews, planning forums, and cross‑functional discussions.
- Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic inflection points.
- Monitor and interpret key industry, technology, and business trends to inform Gaming strategy and long‑range planning.
- Drive alignment across cross‑functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales) on assumptions, data, and strategic direction.
- Lead and structure workstreams for strategic initiatives, defining objectives, success metrics, timelines, and deliverables.
- Apply structured problem‑solving and consulting frameworks to ambiguous, high‑impact business questions.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and quality review of work produced by junior strategy team members (without direct people‑management responsibility).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four‑year or Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Typically 10–15 years of relevant experience in business strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading end‑to‑end strategy workstreams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Strong background in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and executive storytelling.
- Consulting experience or equivalent internal strategy role strongly preferred.
- Experience in technology, consumer electronics, or gaming ecosystems is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
