About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conducts outbound sales activities independently, demonstrating a solid understanding of the sales process
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales quotas and performance goals consistently
- Applies strategic thinking to engage with customers aligned with specific business objectives
- Utilizes consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value proposition of products and services
- Prospects and uncovers sales opportunities within existing customers, while effectively managing and nurturing customer relationships
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in accordance with organization sales processes
- Partners effectively with other teams within the organization to ensure coordinated and efficient account management
- Takes ownership of accurate forecasting for sales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience
- Minimum 4 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field
- Strong English proficiency
- Able to speak & write in Thai would be an added advantage
