About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain a real time view of organizational health, including priorities, alignment gaps, execution risks, and areas of friction, and surface what requires attention
  • Design and run the operating system of the organization, including leadership cadences, decision frameworks, and execution reviews tied to measurable outcomes
  • Own and continuously improve leadership operating rhythms, including staff meetings, business reviews, and executive reporting
  • Drive strategic planning and OKR processes, translating direction into clear plans, milestones, and accountability
  • Build and maintain visibility into execution through dashboards and reporting that track progress, risks, and resource alignment
  • Lead and drive high priority, cross functional initiatives across PS, TIO and HPS Leadership teams. Identify and remove bottlenecks proactively, driving issues to resolution before they impact delivery
  • Partner with HR and Finance on org design, headcount planning, Opex/Initiative tracking and workforce priorities to support scaling the organization
  • Drive employee engagement, employee communications, and social media for Sr VP. Lead the solution program management team ensuring ACS solutions are delivered on time and with the customer issue at the forefront of the solution.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 12+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.
