About the role

  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of product and program launches from concept through release
  • Define and manage program scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure launch readiness
  • Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to keep launches on track
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, communicate updates, and maintain program documentation
  • Ensure alignment between development teams and business requirements
  • Monitor progress, escalate challenges, and drive timely resolutions
  • Support post-launch reviews and continuous improvement for future programs
  • Standardize and optimize processes, tools, and templates to improve launch efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or product launch roles
  • Proven success managing cross-functional products or program launches in a large organization
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive reporting and stakeholder alignment
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
