About the role

  • Support Solution Portfolio Leaders in achieving their P&L and OKR targets.
  • Lead on defining a 4P plan for meeting/exceeding current year budget expectations.
  • Monitor business & offer performance, driving focus & action to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Act as offer specialist to market teams, ensuring proper training and support are in place.
  • Monitor solution adoption and optimize customer journey.
  • Partner with finance and other teams in managing Flash, Quota & Budget achievements.

Requirements

  • First level university degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of business management, Contractual print experience, category, business and/or P&L management.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-function teams by influence.
  • Familiarity with HP's E2E solutions business framework, process & infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing requirements aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of business management processes, metrics, and operational frameworks.
  • Ability to drive data-driven decisions, defining metrics, and aligning tools for efficient business operations.
