About the role
- Analyze and interpret financial results, trends, and forecasts for the commercial PC channel business in France.
- Partner with sales, category, marketing, and operations teams to develop and monitor channel strategies, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer segment, and channel partner to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and report on channel incentives, rebates, and promotional spend, ensuring compliance and ROI.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and data quality in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the technology, PC, or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with ERP and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of channel sales models, pricing, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
