About the role

  • Lead WW and Market Marketing budget allocations for HP Solutions across channels, segments, and regions
  • Build B2B robust financial models and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions
  • Track and measure marketing investment performance, providing insights and recommendations for reallocation
  • Partner with Business Planners to develop standardized strategies that flex to specific business cases and needs
  • Develop ROI, payback period, and CLV-based models for marketing investments
  • Translate marketing metrics into financial outcomes to support data-driven decision making
  • Present investment strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Own and enhance financial tracking models, dashboards, and reporting tools in Excel
  • Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles with evidence-based recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
  • 7-10 years’ experience in marketing finance, investment analysis, FP&A, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to translate marketing activity into P&L impact
  • Expert-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, financial modeling)
  • Strong data storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Experience with B2B marketing performance metrics and ROI measurement
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to balance precision with big-picture thinking
