About the role
- Engages in the planning of product support or solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, seamless end-to-end service delivery, and readiness for sales, along with their associated processes.
- Represents services within product or solution portfolio core teams and incorporates service requirements into various product development stages
- Utilizes understanding of customer business requirements to develop business case, validate the solution, and demonstrate services added value.
- Set-up Services that meet or exceed customer expectations (offers, deliverables, modifiers); Modify existing Services per business requests.
- Plan and execute the introduction and release of the service SKU's ensuring that a support offering is available at service launch.
- Continually drives innovation through process automation and simplification.
- Analyzes the portfolio, identifies opportunities, and formulates recommendations and solutions to drive enhancements in portfolio performance.
- Collaborates across regions, geographies, and global teams to assist in the implementation of innovative services, solutions, or programs and their associated processes to address evolving customer and market demands while promoting profitable growth.
- Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives.
- Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
- Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution.
- Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees.
Requirements
- Business or technical Bachelor's degree, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
