About the role

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies, including planning, mapping, and coordination with suppliers, procurement, and internal teams.
  • Oversee the creation, integration, and maintenance of management systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for responsible sourcing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and oversee bulk and key engagement activities to support effective communication and coordination across teams, and within the value chain.
  • Manage centralized documentation and records, including document control, reporting schedules, and retention protocols.
  • Lead internal training, webinars, and knowledge sharing to build organizational awareness and capacity on human rights and environmental topics.
  • Support and amplify HP’s participation in relevant industry memberships and collaborative initiatives, building internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in human rights due diligence.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), and United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
  • Experience in developing and implementing management systems, SOPs, and records management protocols.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
