About the role

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of HP’s software solutions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position offerings and articulate value to potential clients.
  • Engage with clients to design and present customized solutions for their unique business needs, collaborating with product experts and engineers.
  • Prepare tailored proposals and quotes, including pricing, terms, and contract details, to drive revenue growth and support successful deal closure.
  • Focus on client retention by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and sales patterns, supporting the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure seamless and positive customer experiences.
  • Gather and relay feedback from clients to internal teams, helping to refine existing offerings and guide the development of new products or features.
  • Work with external partners to enhance sales opportunities and deliver added value to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all sales activities are compliant and up to date.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience
  • 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, ideally in software, cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence executive-level stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for technology
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a growth mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM and data-driven decision-making
  • Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese a plus)
