About the role

  • Manage the portfolio of PS products available to certified refurbished license partners.
  • Lead the lifecycle and roadmap for care pack support services for Certified Refurbished products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hardware and service portfolio requirements, including new service offerings for refurbished hardware.
  • Ensure seamless partner experience across product, marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HP’s CRLP partners.
  • Gather feedback and insights to drive operational improvements and training.
  • Set and track key metrics for licensing partners, including sales and warranty targets.
  • Provide training for new partners and develop business management systems to align with the Renew Sustainability Services strategy.
  • Perform business analysis, identify root cause, and develop recommendations/solutions to drive partner growth and program enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the service supply chain and quality teams to deliver an exceptional customer business experience while protecting HP's brand in the secondary market.
  • Utilize both technical and business skills to navigate and support complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
  • Provide leadership in the execution of the HP Renew Sustainability Services vision - helping partners expand their second life business and derive measurable carbon/environmental savings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Technical or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Experience working geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven ability to work with multiple partners while managing high impact metrics.
  • Experience in streamlining delivery and operations processes.
  • Highly developed problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, develop relationships across organizations and accomplish goals under high pressure situations.
  • Strong skills in exercising independent judgment.
  • Quality project/ program management and change management skills.
  • Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.
  • Product management/marketing fundamentals a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Well developed negotiation/ influencing skills.
