About the role
- Managing a global team of professionals driving controls and compliance initiatives for HP’s Enterprise Operations organization
- Engagement with multiple stakeholders across Business Operations, Finance, Legal, Internal and External Auditors
- Confirm that HP’s operational and SOX controls are adequate and operating effectively
- Conducting comprehensive financial statement analysis for Supply Chain managed activities
- Provide valuable analytical insights to key stakeholders
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent
- 10+ years of work experience in a Multinational Company or a Big4 audit firm, preferably in controls and compliance
- 5+ years of experience in managing controls and compliance in Supply Chain core process areas such as Procure to Pay, Order Management
- Good understanding of core systems and applications supporting business processes
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Effective Communication Skills
