About the role
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing digital products by focusing on both the user interface and the overall user experience.
- Understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute visual designs from the beginning concepts to final designs for development.
- Identify design problems and develop creative solutions.
- Follow, adapt and execute on HP Brand Guidelines and maintain a complex web design library.
Requirements
- Four-year Degree in Design, Interactive Design or Fine Arts or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, web marketing or brand marketing.
- Familiar with HP Design Tools; proficiency in (PC-based) Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin and AEM platform.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with others both stakeholders, in-house studio teams and developers.
- Ability to identify design problems and develop creative solutions.
- Ability to follow, adapt and execute on HP Brand Guidelines.
- Familiarity with building and maintaining a complex web design library, shared with multiple cross-function teams.
