About the role
- Own a portfolio of mid-market customers and take responsibility for their overall success, retention, and growth
- Drive renewal, upsell, and cross-sell execution for your portfolio, including managing commercial conversations such as pricing, packaging, and contracts
- Drive customer adoption and ensure customers realize clear, measurable value from Hoxhunt
- Guide customers in building and running effective security awareness and operations programs
- Use data and reporting to track customer progress, identify risks and opportunities, and take proactive action
- Prioritize effectively across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment and manage your book of business in a structured way
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts to deliver on strategic outcomes and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Commercial Customer Success, Account Management, Sales (e.g. Account Executive) in a fast-growing SaaS environment
- Proven track record of delivering renewals, upsell, and cross-sell results
- Strong prioritization skills with the ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in building trust and developing relationships across multiple stakeholders
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
- Comfort with technology and eagerness to adopt new tools, including AI, in your daily work
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the courage to improve and challenge existing ways of working
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
