Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute enterprise application development strategy across Commercial and Personal Lines
Align technology roadmap with underwriting, distribution, and product expansion goals
Drive API-first, cloud-based modernization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years in application development and leadership roles
Proven experience leading development for insurance platforms, including policy administration, rating engines, and underwriting systems (Commercial and Personal Lines preferred)
Demonstrated success delivering complex, multi-platform initiatives across digital portals, core systems, and API ecosystems
Proven experience leading high-growth, fast-paced teams
Strong track record of driving modernization, platform consolidation, and digital transformation initiatives
