Key responsibilities & impact

Lead or support end-to-end execution of RWI placements across multiple concurrent transactions
Coordinate underwriting processes with insurers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
4–7 years of experience in M&A
Strong understanding of M&A transaction mechanics
Experience supporting or leading complex deal execution processes
Exposure to RWI or other transactional risk products strongly preferred
