Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted second-in-command to the General Counsel
Support U.S. retail insurance brokerage operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong background in U.S. insurance, commercial, and regulatory law
Deep knowledge of the insurance retail brokerage landscape
Experience in private equity-backed businesses or dynamic environments
Experience working in a multinational or matrixed environment
Strategic and operational leadership capabilities
