About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leverage your network to set up meetings for senior Howden RE brokers
- Develop, maintain, and report on a disciplined and organized regional outreach strategy across North American landscape
- Organize and attend periodic regional roadshows across U.S. and Canadian financial centers
- Build and maintain detailed account plans, target lists, and pipeline tracking using Power BI and other internal BD tools
- Represent Howden Private Capital at industry conferences and events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Willingness to travel up to 30–40% across North America for roadshows, client meetings, and industry events
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of RWI market dynamics in real estate, including banking, real estate private equity, brokerage, or a closely related transactional role
