About the role
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs, and present appropriate insurance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver competitive insurance quotes, meeting income and referral targets.
- Manage documentation, ensure compliance, and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with directors, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of service and professionalism throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- CII qualified (or working towards)
- Proven sales experience - insurance experience beneficial
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident handling complex risks
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Experience with insurance systems (e.g., Acturis Systems) preferred
- Full, clean driving license
