About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build active pipelines across corporate, scientific, and operational roles
- Deploy a multi-channel toolkit beyond LinkedIn
- Source scientific talent through research-specific channels
- Engage passive candidates and build pipeline interest

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience
- Expert-level sourcing capability across channels and methods
- Experience sourcing scientific or research talent
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and a varied, fast-changing portfolio
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred)
